The flue liner has a convoluted outer skin made from 904L stainless steel and is 0.12mm thick. The Flue Liner is constructed from a single strip of steel which is bent at 180 degrees and then the seam is folded in four planes to give a quattrolock seal.

The Register Plate and the Supporting Brackets are made from 1.5mm thick galvanised steel. The Register Plate can be sprayed to match the colour of your stove pipe.

Now seal any gaps between the brickwork and the brackets / plate using Fire Cement or High Temperature Sealant. For 150mm diameter installations simply remove the centre cover ring by unscrewing the two retaining screws.

The Pod Seven has a steel body giving a maximum of 10kw of heat with a nominal output of 7kw. A contemporary design with a large ceramic glass front and side windows giving an excellent view of the fire from three sides, the stove also has a convenient log storage space under the fire box. The stove is available in matt grey. Internally it‮s fully lined with firebricks.

If necessary cut the flue liner to length, and secure the liner at the top using the clamp plate. Ensure 75mm of the flue liner projects above the clamp plate so that the terminal can be located and secured.
Secure and seal the flue liner to a register plate, which closes off the appliance recess. Alternatively the end of the flue liner can be sealed into flue pipe or a Flue Gas Collector or Flue Box.
Terminate the flue liner by securley fitting the terminal to the projecting section of flue liner. Apply a suitable cement as a seal and weather proof render.
MAINTENANCE
It is recommended that chimneys serving gas and oil appliances be swept and maintained as frequently as necessary but at least once a year.
